As Special Assignment Team (SAT) deputies patrolled around another neighborhood, contact was made with a male adult who had multiple outstanding warrants. The male, age 40, of Valencia was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and heroin. In addition to the warrants, he was charged with possession of controlled substances.
