Los Angeles Heath Study Survey

The National Center for Health Statistics, a part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is conducting a major health study/survey in Los Angeles County. On November 23, 2013 through February 15, 2014, the National Center for Health Statistics will conduct random household interviews and standardized medical examinations in their Mobile Examination Centers.

If you see strangers in your neighborhoods claiming to be a National Center for Health Statistics worker. The worker should possess and show a National Center for Health Statistics identification card when asked. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary.
