Four Burglary Suspects Arrested In Carson

Deputies responded to a burglary in progress call in the 1400 block of Bach Street in the City of Carson. Responding deputies quickly contained the location and detained two females who may have been involved. During the investigation, the females admitted they were acting as lookouts for several males who were in the process of burglarizing the home. The males fled the location as deputies arrived. Stolen property and burglary tools were located in the backyards of several adjacent homes. Assisting units were directed to the area where it was believed the male suspects had fled. The male suspects were eventually detained several blocks from where the burglary occurred. Suspects Jackneshia Paxton (FB/25, resident of Los Angeles), Robert Benson (MB/22, resident of Los Angeles), Jameella Fletcher (FB/29, resident of Long Beach), and Calvin Sims Jr. (MB/18, resident of Watts), were arrested for residential burglary and booked at Carson Station. The investigation is ongoing.
