On Sunday, August 19, two U.S. Navy F-18s will be flying over the cities of Lakewood and Bellflower in honor of fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Commander Jonas Kelsall, who died in Afghanistan when his helicopter was shot down last August. The fly-over will take place between 9:15 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
