An alert school police officer observed three suspects in the act of tagging on the school campus early Wednesday morning.
At 12:23 AM, Walnut / Diamond Bar Station received a call to assist Mt. San Antonio school police who were following a vehicle containing three suspects who school police had observed painting graffiti on a concrete ramp near the south/west side of the campus. The suspects fled and entered a nearby Oldsmobile. Deputies caught up with school police and conducted a vehicle stop on the 10 freeway at Citrus Avenue and detained the three males.
Upon returning to the area of the pedestrian ramp, deputies observed fresh paint/graffiti and several spray paint cans nearby.
Arrested for Vandalism and Possession of Vandalism Tools were:
Antonio Lemusbajo Male 18 Pomona resident
Jorge Gaxiola - Male 19 Pomona resident
Christian Montano Male 18 Pomona resident
All three suspects were transported and booked at the Walnut / Diamond Bar Sheriff's Station. Detectives will seek appropriate charges from the Pomona District Attorney's Office.
