Orientation & Application Information


You should attend an orientation meeting in order to start your Reserve application process. At the meeting you will view an informative video presentation, and there will be a short presentation covering:

> The application process and timeline

> What you need to know to successfully complete the application

> What you need to do before entering the academy

> What you can expect while at the academy

> Graduation

> What to expect when you reach your station

There are monthly recruiting meetings at the following locations:

Lancaster Sheriff's Station

Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station

Santa Clarita Sheriff's Station

This link will take you to a page where you will complete a screening questioner. Please read the instructions carefully. If you successfully pass this initial screening, our Personnel Bureau will contact you to proceed with the application and background process.
