West Hollywood Station Personnel Attend Transgender Awareness Training



As part of their personal development, employees at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station participated in the semi-annual transgender awareness training. The training, one of several conducted every year, was presented by members of the Transgender Advisory Board and the L. A. Gay and Lesbian Services Center.



The awareness sessions provide the opportunity for station personnel to be up to date on the latest concerns held by members of the transgender community, and provides a two-way dialogue for all participants.
