Days of Dialogue - Future of Policing, a community event meant to help strengthen the bond between law enforcement and the community it serves, was last night (Sept. 15 ) at Cal State University Dominguez Hills.







Deputies from Carson Station, visitors from other law enforcement agencies, representatives from Pacific Islander communities, CSUDH students, and several community members were in attendance. Tongan American Youth Foundation members and Office of Samoan Affairs young adults discussed how to "Bridge the Gap" between the Pacific Islander Communities and law enforcement. Healthy dialog was discussed within the groups in order to have a better relationship with the communities.







This is just one step in a continuing effort to improve and strengthen our relationship with each other.
