Deputies assigned to the Lancaster CSU Team conducted a pedestrian stop on a known "Palmdale Peckerwood" gang member who is on active parole for possession of a controlled substance for sales. During the course of their detention, the deputies seized over 60 grams of methamphetamine and a large amount of United States currency. The seizure resulted in the arrest of the suspect for possession of a controlled substance for sales, and a violation of parole.
