Detectives Search For Clues in Liquor Store Roof Top Burglary

Lancaster Station Detectives are investigating a "Roof Top" Burglary at a Quartz Hill liquor store.

The crime was discovered by the owner of the store shortly after 7 Thursday morning. The owner told detectives that when he opened the store, he found several bottles of liquor and other merchandise scattered across the floor. During their investigation, the detectives learned that the suspects entered the store by cutting a large hole in the roof. The suspects made off with an unknown amount of liquor and tobacco products. Deputies from the Sheriff's Department's Crime Lab were called to the location to assist with the investigation.
