The caller said that after he dropped Cox and the baby off near the alley, he drove home. He said he later decided to go back to the alley and check on the baby. When he arrived, He found Cox however the baby was gone. When asked about the baby, Cox stated that he had taken the baby to a relative's house. The informant said Cox then asked him if he could help find the baby. The informant said when he asked if the baby was with relatives, Cox said oh yeah I forgot.

The informant said he then returned home and at approximately 9 this morning he decided to call Lancaster Station and report the incident.

When deputies arrived at the alley on 13th Street West, Cox could not be found.
