Nursery Program

The nursery is located at Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic and is open for plant sales Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 2:00PM. The nursery is a self-service operation, however there is staff available to assist you in locating and selecting plants as well as loading your vehicle. If you require this assistance try to avoid visiting the nursery between 11:30AM-12:30PM when staff and inmate crew are on break.



Listed below is the general pricing for items sold at the nursery. All plants, shrubs, and trees are priced substantially lower than commercial retailers.
