Independance Day - Fireworks Zones If you plan to include fireworks as part of your Independance Day celebration, be aware that only "Safe and Sane" fireworks are allowed within the Palmdale city limits. Palmdale PAC Deputies Recover Approximately 15lbs of Marijuana and Two Large Containers of Concentrated Cannabis OilOn Wednesday, April 16th, the Palmdale Partner’s Against Crime (PAC) team conducted a probation compliance check at a residence and recovered approximately 15lbs of marijuana, several cases of butane fuel canisters, cannabis extracting paraphernalia and two large containers of concentrated cannabis oil. One person was arrested.
Palmdale Detectives Recover WWII Machine Gun, Pistols, Rifles, Ammunition, and White Supremacist ParaphernaliaOn Tuesday, January 7th, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Bureau, Palmdale Station Detectives, and Partners Against Crime (PAC), served a high risk search warrant at a residence in the Littlerock area, resulting in three arrests. Deputies recovered a large cache of weapons and ammunition, including several stolen firearms.
Palmdale woman shot, wounded, fast rescued by sheriff's deputies with shooter still insideThe caller said there had been shooting in the home and a woman had been hit by gunfire. The armed suspect was believed to be still inside the home. The deputies rapidly formulated a plan to rescue the gunshot victim. They approached the home and located the woman bleeding from an apparent gunshot wound. The deputies carried her more than 50 yards to where Los Angeles County Firefighters had staged to provide emergency medical care.
