4 ARRESTED IN RAPE / KIDNAPPING INCIDENT

Four suspects, connected to a kidnapping and rape, were arrested on Monday, December 17th, 2011. The victim was pepper sprayed and taken from her hotel room located at 11617 Western Avenue. She was driven to a nearby apartment complex where she was raped. The victim later identified the suspects to South Los Angeles deputies where they were taken into custody.
