On Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. DHS, SEIU in partnership with PQC, will be holding a joint press conference in front of the Inpatient Tower at LAC+USC Medical Center located at 1833 Marengo Street, Los Angeles, by the steps coming up from Marengo Street, right under the LAC+USC sign. The purpose of the press conference is to urge and stress to employees the importance of patient and worker safety at the onset of the flu season.
EHS will have a mock up table for employees to receive vaccinations.
In attendance will be Dr. Patel and Dr. Yee, Dr. Zangwill from Harbor, and SEIU Director for RN division.
