Crescenta Valley Station personnel completed a one month evaluation of several new types of patrol vehicles.

Have you seen some different patrol car driving around the Crescenta Valley Area? Your eyes were not fooling you!

The vehicles you have seen are a 2013 Ford Explorer, 2013 Ford Taurus, and 2013 Chevy Caprice.

All three vehicles were outfitted with the standard equipment of all Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department vehicles.

Deputy personnel provided valuable feedback to our Communications and Fleet Management Bureau to be used in the decision to purchase new patrol vehicles to be used by deputies for patrol.
