11-25-2013

Industry Station detectives are currently looking for two Hispanic male suspects who held three elderly victims in their home while it was ransacked and burglarized.

Deputies responded to the 15000 block of Facilidad Street, in Hacienda Heights, regarding a possible burglary in progress call. When deputies arrived, they discovered two adult males entered the residence through a bathroom window. As one of the suspects held the three victims against their will in a downstairs portion of the residence, the second suspect ransacked the residence looking for items to steal.

The two suspects held the victims captive for approximately 45 minutes as they searched for items of value to steal. When they completed their crime, they departed via the front door of the residence. None of the victims were injured during the crime, the crime was accomplished by the use of fear and intimidation. After the suspects left, the victims contacted the Sheriff's Department.

The preliminary investigation revealed the two suspects were Hispanic males in their early 30's, wearing dark clothing. The suspects stole approximately $2,000 in U.S. currency, as well as several miscellaneous pieces of jewelry.
