On Saturday, December 21, 2013, Crescenta Valley Sheriff Station had its annual Toy and Food Drive.
This year the Station decided to invite the over 100 families (Over 200 children) to the station to meet Santa Clause and McGruff, the Crime Fighting Dog.
Together along station personnel and volunteers they were able to provide tables with thousands of toys for the children to be able to select their own toys. All the children left with bags of toys and a wonderful smiles.
Along with the toys, the families were given two large baskets of food and a $20.00 gift certificate to the local market.
All this was possible due to the generosity of the many of the local community members and groups.
Crescenta Valley Station thanks everyone who helped us make the holidays a bit brighter for those who needed a bit more help these years.
