Crescenta Valley Station Honors Volunteer's at Pinning Ceremony for 1,000 Hours of Volunteer Service

On Friday, April 11, 2014, two of Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station Volunteers were recognized and presented with a 1,000 hours service pin at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Headquarters Bureau, located in Monterey Park.

Volunteer Joann Latuf and Jerry Van Orden were both presented with a pin by Neal Tyler, Executive Officer of the Office of the Sheriff.

The 1,000 hours of service a mile stone for many of the volunteers for the department.

The station has several volunteers who have passed the 10,000 hours of service.

We hope to encourage the volunteers to continue providing a much needed service for the station by thanking them for a job well done.
