14th Annual Catalina Gold Star Dive

Since 1997, The Avalon Sheriff's Station has held the annual Gold Star Dive at Casino Point on Catalina Island. The event is a non-profit program that was established as a means to help support the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department youth programs and the Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber. This year, approximately 100 people, including divers from the Lost Hills Sheriff Station, joined the fun for the hunt of Gold Stars and great food. This event is held each year in July and is open to everyone.
