Catching graffiti taggers is a team effort in Carson, where 25 vandals have faced a judge in the past year.
One teenager alone, an 18-year-old who will be in court Friday for a preliminary hearing, is charged with 108 acts of vandalism. All of his scrawlings were photographed by city workers, mapped with a GPS device, and then tracked and analyzed by Graffiti Tracker Inc., a private company that follows vandals in several cities.
