Deputies responded to a shots fired call on May 27th at the 5400 block of Golden West Avenue in Temple City. Detectives followed up and identified the shooting suspect through their investigation. A search warrant was served at the suspect's residence where the 18 year old Rosemead resident was taken into custody. Additional evidence including the firearm used in the shooting, bullets, and spent shell casing as well as other evidence related to the incident were recovered. The suspect implicated himself in additional shootings in the San Gabriel Valley area. No one was injured during any of the shooting incidents.
