Deputies from South Los Angeles Sheriff's Station responded to a neighbor disturbance in the 3300 block of 157th Street, El Camino Village. Deputies spoke to both parties and determined that no violations of the law had occurred.
Deputies received a return call to the same location. The victim reported that after the deputies left the first time, his neighbor, Robert Perez, 58 year old resident of El Camino Village drove by and allegedly threatened to shoot him. The suspect drove off in his vehicle. A crime report was written and the case was assigned to a detective.
During the detective's investigation, the detective arrested Perez for criminal threats. Perez will have to appear in Torrance Court in the near future regarding the case.
