South Los Angeles/Lawndale Deputies and the City of Lawndale Public Works cleaned up five transients' encampments in the City of Lawndale. The transients vacated the encampments and left trash and debris behind. The Sheriff's Department has been receiving complaints of intoxicated transients loitering around children playing in Hogan Park. Photo: Lt. Hocking
