Reserve Deputies at the Kaiser Permanente Medication Take-back event

Waste Management San Gabriel/Pomona Valley has an interest in keeping medication out of the landfills and water systems, so they coordinated a Medication Take Back event on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices at 1336 Bridgegate Drive. This event, hosted by Kaiser Permanente and the City of Diamond Bar, went from 10 AM to 2 PM. Agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency oversaw the collection process. Reserve Deputies Oscar Aguirre, Victor Hassan, and Dennis Tamashiro assisted with traffic control and on-site security.
