Sheriff’s Department Provides Leadership Training to Health Care Administrators



On September 3, 2013 at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, County Services Bureau Captain Charles Stringham provided a 1 hour training class to members of the National Management Association. Captain Stringham's presentation titled, "Changing the Status Quo" , covered how to be an effective leader and how to promote positive changes in the culture of your department.



The National Management Association is comprised of Health Care Administrators and leaders in the health care field.
