Information wanted regarding the murder of German Booker / Kenneth Mills

Suspects: Three African American Males

Suspect Vehicle: Black Vehicle

Location: 9541 Flower St, Bellflower (Billionaire Barber Group)

Victims German Booker and Kenneth Mills were shot and killed while inside the Billionaire Barber Group. Three African American males were seen leaving the location and entering a black vehicle. The vehicle was last seen driving westbound on Flower St. Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspects involved.
