Parks Bureau Deputies arrest a woman for possession of Methamphetamine adjacent to park



On March 27, 2013, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies from the Parks Bureau Special Problems Team stopped a female adult who was driving a vehicle on the roadway adjacent to Castaic Lake Park for a traffic violation.



During the traffic stop a glass methamphetamine pipe was discovered. After further investigation it was determined that the suspect was also in possession of a small baggie which contained Methamphetamine.



She was immediately arrested and booked at Santa Clarita Station for Possession of Methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia. The deputies identified the suspect as a Leslie Helena Burton a resident of Castaic.



Castaic Lake Park is located at 32132 Ridge Route Road Castaic.
