Property, Mail and Money Procedures

To send mail to inmates at PDC South, address mail as follows:

Inmate Name, Booking Number

P.O. Box 86164 Terminal Annex

To mail money to inmates at PDC South send a Bank Cashier's Check, Money Order or Postal Money Order to the above address.

To deposit money for inmates at PDC South, in person, you must go to the following address:

Inmate Reception Center (IRC)

450 Bauchet Street,

Los Angeles, CA 90012

To get money from an inmate's account you must obtain a money release form (pink slip) from the South Facility visiting area. Inquire at the visiting check in window. The withdrawal slip must be processed at IRC, within 24 hours, by the person making the withdrawal.

To receive clothing, or other inmate property, you must obtain a property release form (blue slip) from the South Facility visiting area. Inquire at the visiting check in window. Again, the withdrawal slip must be processed at IRC, within 24 hours, by the person making the withdrawal.
