Los Angeles County is home to persons of nearly every nationality, ethnicity and religious belief in the world, our inmates reflect the same diversity. The Jail Chaplaincy Program now includes 290 ordained or licensed chaplains and more than 1,800 religious or spiritual volunteers representing major faith groups as well as lesser-known sects and denominations.
