Our Quality Health Care Awards & Achievements



Urgent Care:



The Medical Services Bureau Urgent Care Unit was the recipient of the County of Los Angeles 23rd Annual Productivity and Quality Multi-Million Dollar Club Award and Top Ten Award.



Top Ten Productivity and Quality Award



The Top Ten Productivity and Quality Award represent projects that have demonstrated innovation, increased productivity, and quality service in addition to cost savings. Of the 97 entries submitted from various agencies throughout Los Angeles County, the Medical Services Bureau Urgent Care Unit was rated as one of the Top Ten.



Multi-Million Dollar Club Award



The Multi-Million Dollar Club Award is presented to project teams that have reported savings, cost avoidance, or revenue generated in excess of $2.0 million. Cost saving estimated by the Medical Services Bureau Urgent Care Unit was in excess of $2 million.



Alternative Resource Management (ARM):



ARM received two awards Multimillion Dollar club award for outstanding efforts of departmental teams which reported savings, cost avoidance, or revenue in excess of $2.0 million. Special Merit Plaque for meritorious accomplishment of special projects or programs that successfully fulfill department and County objectives



Telemedicine



The Telemedicine Unit was a recipient of the Traditional Plaque Winner at the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors' Chief Executive Office's 23rd Annual Productivity and Quality Awards, for commendable achievements in public service.
