Deputies from San Dimas Sheriff's Station gave a whole new meaning to "Protect and Serve" as they serve as celebrity waiters at the San Dimas Red Robin Restaurant on Saturday, October 12, 2013. Tip-A-Cop has been a favorite way for deputies to raise money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run, which is one of the largest fundraising arms of Special Olympics Southern California. 100% of the "special tips" donated to the deputies are tax-deductible and support local sports training programs and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
