Lomita Sheriff’s Station Detectives Make Arrest in Rancho Palos Verdes Home Invasion Robbery

This morning, Lomita Station detectives arrested Tequan Terrill Bealey (Booking # 4861621), a 25 year old male residing in San Pedro, for his participation in the November 1, 2016, home invasion robbery of an elderly male on Van Karajan Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes. Bealey was taken into custody without incident at his residence. He is being held at Lomita Sheriff's Station in lieu of $100,000.00 bail.

A second suspect, Deandre LeeAnthony Brown (Booking #4825816), 29 years old, of Los Angeles, has also been identified. Brown was previously arrested and remains in Sheriff's Department custody on burglary charges related to a night time residential break-in in the city of Walnut on November 4, 2016. Evidence linking both suspects to the Van Karajan Drive home invasion was recovered at the scene. The victim, an elderly male who resides alone, was tied up while his home was ransacked.

Detectives will present the case to the District Attorney's Office at South Bay Court in Torrance on Wednesday.
